Help shape AZERPUG's future. Applications are reviewed openly by the existing committee (or, for the first cohort, by the founding board) and decisions are communicated to every applicant. No prior committee experience needed.

How the process works

Apply

Submit this form. Choose one or more committees and tell us why you want to serve.

Review

The relevant committee reviews applications. CoC applications are reviewed confidentially.

Conversation

Shortlisted applicants have a brief call (online) to align on responsibilities and time commitment.

Decision

Every applicant receives a written decision. Selected members start with an onboarding call.

Privacy: Your application is shared only with the relevant committee and the AZERPUG board. Code of Conduct applications are kept strictly confidential.
